The following ad was made for the
Democratic candidate, Jason Kander.
Within this ad’s framework, Kander is
capitalizing on his military service in
Afghanistan and how that makes him qualified for Senate. This particular ad by Kander was a way to reach out to the Republican side of Missouri due to their beliefs in the 2nd Amendment. By showing his familiarity with a gun, Kander shows that he is someone who can relate to these voters that value the right to bear arms. At the end of the video, Kander points out that his opponent does not have the capability to handle a gun like he exemplifies, thus, he does not have the qualifications to protect the Missourians’ 2nd Amendment rights.

argument almost. Kander says this
then Roy Blunt responds with this.
This ad is a complete attack ad, it attacks Kander’s support of gun laws and how he has voted against it, it then bashes him for being only in step with Hillary clinton and not understanding the Missouri people. Lastly, it bashes him for the other incredibly important topic in this election, immigration, and how Kander is allowing tons of illegal immigrants.
